Vintage Angeletti Art Deco Designed Sterling Silver Box - Clutch - Multiple Compartments ***

From Firenze Italy this amazing Art Deco styled monster of a box. Measuring about seven inches across this box I believe might have been originally designed as a clutch but I believe it's more of an insanely over constructed vanity or dresser box. Four covered compartments and a comb holder make up the inside with an overall ribbed pattern all around the outside. Weighing over 20 troy ounces of sterling silver. Angeletti is a well known Italian jeweler in business since 1940 and known for their very high end jewelry which they sell for tens of thousands.
