Exceedingly rare William Spratling original pencil sketch. A study of a Mexican street vendor. Tulane University Archive has most of the known Spratling artwork that exists. Only auction records I could find were not comparable as they were unfinished or much poorer quality. The sketch itself is a bit over 6" x 6" in an 8 x 10 frame. The frame is the original frame and the paper mat matches some of the other known pieces by Spratling that have sold.
