Vintage Must de Cartier Tank watch Vermeil (Sterling Silver with Gold Plating). This is a manual wind watch which is much more desirable than the quartz versions. Case is 20.5mm side to side and 28mm vertically lug end to lug end. Has an elegant new strap and Cartier box as shown.
